At Minx Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn shoes in their original packaging. If your new pair isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn footwear back in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
